Return and Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy.



Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without providing any reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. To be eligible for return, the product must be in the original condition in which it was received: unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.



Return Procedure
To initiate the return procedure, you must send an email to trovadorbikes@gmail.com with the following information in the subject line:

  • Customer's first and last name
  • Full address
  • Order number


Our customer service team will then provide you with detailed instructions for shipping the product.

Shipping Costs for Returns
Shipping costs for returning the product, in the event of withdrawal or for reasons not related to defects or non-conformities, are entirely borne by the customer. The shipment must be made via a traceable courier, and the customer is responsible for the integrity of the product during return transport.

Handling of Non-Compliant or Damaged Products
If the product received is damaged, defective, or non-compliant due to production or transport, the customer is required to report it no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

The report must be sent by email to trovadorbikes@gmail.com, including:

  • A detailed description of the problem.
  • Photographic material that clearly demonstrates the nature of the problem.
  • The personal and order details requested above.


Once the non-conformity of the product has been verified, our company undertakes to:

  • Bear the full cost of the damaged product.
  • Contribute 50% of the shipping costs for returning the product.


Please note: After 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods, reports of product non-conformity will not be accepted and any return costs will be borne by the customer, without the possibility of a contribution from us.

Refund
Once the return has been received and verified, the refund will be processed within 10 business days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
